What if I don't know which products are right for me?

We love medical grade skincare, but not all ingredients are right for everyone. That's why we offer complementary consultations - both virtually and in person - with our Medical Aestheticians to nail down your dream team of products! Fill out the contact form above if you are interested in scheduling.

Do you accept returns/exchanges?

Each case is different, but the short answer is YES. Due to the nature of our products, some ingredients can be strong and cause irritation if it is not the right choice for your skin. We would love the opportunity to help you find a replacement for a product that just wasn't right for your skin. Otherwise, we do accept unopened, unused product returns within 30 days of reciept.

How does my VIB membership carry over to this website?

Unfortunately the VIB membership for our Medical Spa patients is not yet active online. But we are working on it! In the meantime, please use your discount code at checkout. Don't know it? Call the MedSpa at (508) 754-4000 for assistance.
